Gourmet sandwich shoarma garlic sauce

Ingredients

For about 4 people

  • 400 g shoarma meat
  • 4 pita buns
  • 2 red bell peppers cut into strips
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber cut into thin slices or strips
  • 50 g corn salad
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 100 grams of feta cheese
  • 1 red onion
  • Oliehoorn garlic sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Here's how to make it

  1. Heat the gourmet set or grill pan.
  2. Mix the bell pepper strips with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and some salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the bell bell pepper for about 5-7 minutes until soft and lightly toasted. Set aside.
  4. Then heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a gourmet pan and fry the shoarma meat for 3 minutes until tender and crispy.
  5. Briefly toast the pita buns in a toaster or on the gourmet set until warm and slightly crispy.
  6. Cut open the pita rolls and start with a handful of corn salad as a base.
  7. Then add tomato and cucumber slices and a portion of shoarma meat, followed by the grilled bell bell pepper.
  8. Finish with a generous dollop of garlic sauce and some thinly sliced red onion.
