Ingredients for 2 club sandwiches

Here's how to make it

  1. Boil the eggs in salted water for 6 minutes. Then jerk them under the tap with cold water and peel the eggs.
  2. In a skillet, fry the breakfast bacon over low heat on both sides until crisp and brown.
  3. Remove the bacon from the pan and now grill the bread slices crispy in the pan with the leftover fat from the bacon.
  4. Slice the tomato and the now cooled eggs as well.
  5. Place a slice of bread on your plate and spread with a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Place a leaf of lettuce on top, the 4 thin slices of chicken breast and two slices of bacon. Place another slice of bread on top and spread with another tablespoon of mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and the egg. Top with the last slice of bread.
  6. Stick in a cocktail stick and serve, for example, with natural chips, nachos or sweet potato fries.
