Outdo yourself in the kitchen this afternoon! This sandwich with crunchy vegetables, avocado and spicy cheese gives you enough fuel for the rest of the day and is a delicious combination with our curry. Because the sandwich is twice as big, you can enjoy it twice as long!

Ingredients for the double sandwich with aged cheese, vegetables and curry

Here's how to make it

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Spoon out the contents of the avocado and cut into slices.
  2. Wash the cucumber and use a cheese slicer to shave long strands from the cucumber.
  3. Top the bottom slice of bread with a slice of cheese, a handful of spinach, a few slices of avocado, two strands of cucumber and some sprouts. On top of this, drape some curry.
  4. Place another slice of bread on top of this and again put cheese, spinach, avocado, cucumber, sprouts and curry on the sandwich. Top this with the third slice of bread and serve with curry.
