In a small bowl, mix the Oliehoorn Mayonnaise with 1 tbsp olive oil, the grated garlic and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste until the aioli is completely to your liking. Place the mixture in the refrigerator while you prepare the corn cobs.
Preheat the barbecue over medium-high heat.
Brush each corn cob with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Place the corn cobs on the grill and roast, turning, until evenly golden brown and lightly seared, about 10-12 minutes.
Remove the grilled corn cobs from the barbecue and place them on a serving platter. Serve the corn cobs warm, with the garlic aioli on top or as a dip with them.
