Grilled Salmon with Zeedijk Curry Mayonnaise

Grilled salmon with Zeedijk Mayonnaise

Ingredients

For about 4 people

  •  4 salmon fillets (about 150 g each)
  • 120 ml Oliehoorn Zeedijk Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 g dill, finely chopped
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • optional: lemon and orange slices and extra dill for garnish

Here's how to make it

  1.  Preheat the BBQ over medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, fresh orange and lemon juice, grated garlic and dill. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  2. Brush both sides of each salmon fillet with the Zeedijk Mayonnaise . Place the salmon fillets on the grill and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon are cooked and golden brown.
  3. Remove the grilled salmon from the barbecue and place on a serving platter. Serve the grilled salmon with lemon and orange slices and some extra sprigs of dill.
