Delicious croquette sandwiches with Brander mayonnaise

Put on an apron and conjure up these kroket sandwiches in no time. The perfect snack for King's Day tomorrow and extra tasty with our own pride: Brander mayonnaise.

Ingredients for the croquette rolls

Here's how to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Separate the sheets of puff pastry and let them thaw on the counter for a while.
  2. Spread the center of 4 slices of the puff pastry with a little Brander mayonnaise.
  3. Then place the frozen croquettes on the puff pastry.
  4. Beat the egg and brush the edges of the puff pastry around the croquette with a little beaten egg.
  5. Then cover the croquettes with a slice of puff pastry. Press the edges well with a fork and cut away the excess puff pastry so that you get nice tight croquette rolls.
  6. Then spread the croquette rolls with the rest of the egg for a nice sheen.
  7. Then carefully cut horizontal stripes in the top leaves of puff pastry.
  8. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet and place the croquette rolls on it.
  9. Bake the croquette rolls for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked in the oven. Serve with some extra Brander mayonnaise.
