Ingredients
For the sauce
- 100 grams Oliehoorn-mayonnaise
- 8 green olives
- 3 to 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- pepper
Here's how to make it
- Place all sauce ingredients in a tall cup and puree smooth with a hand blender.
- Spoon the sauce into a pretty bowl and grind a little extra pepper over it.
- Put the sauce on a drink board and fill the board with anything you like. Cheese, cold cuts, olives, tomatoes, pickles, grapes; anything goes! Above all, put all kinds of borrel toast on top, they are great for dipping in the sauce.
