Gourmet nachos with Sweet Chili Chipotle sauce
Ingredients
For about 4 people
1 bag of nachos
200 g grated cheese(e.g. cheddar or a cheese mix
1 diced avocado
1 small red onion (finely chopped)
1 jalapeño (in rings, optional)
100 ml Oliehoorn Sweet Chili Chipotle Sauce
Olive Oil
Optional: a bunch of onion or cilantro
Here's how to make it
Lightly grease gourmet pans with olive oil and preheat.
Spread a layer of nachos evenly over the pans.
Sprinkle the nachos with the shredded cheese, avocado, red onion, and jalapeño.
Pour the Sweet Chili Chipotle sauce over the nachos.
Let the nachos bake under the gourmet plate for about 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Keep an eye out so the nachos don't burn.
Serve the nachos right off the gourmet plate, and top with bunch of onion and cilantro.
To make it even more delicious, you can offer the Sweet Chili Chipotle Sauce on the side for more spiciness.
