Here's how to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate (au bain-marie, in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water or by briefly putting the cubes in the microwave).
  3. Using a kitchen mixer, mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla paste.
  4. Add the melted dark chocolate, mayonnaise, sifted flour and self-rising flour. Then mix again to make a smooth batter.
  5. Cut the white chocolate into chunks, add the chunks and stir the mixture again with a spoon.
